Are you still open during the COVID-19 Crisis?

At time of writing, yes we are. If that changes we will make it clear on the frontpage. We have made changes to delivery options based upon what is currently available and our processing time has increased to two working days. 

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are worked out by weight. This means you never pay for postage that is not used. Its the fairest and most cost effective way to charge postage to our customers. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply put the items in your shopping basket.

Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes, we are VAT registered and it is included in the prices shown. A VAT receipt will be enclosed with your order. 

Can I come and visit your shop?

Unfortunately not. We are online only and are not insured to let members of the general public onto the premises for the purpose of making purchases or pre-selecting items to buy later. Sorry!

I would like a free swatch, how do I get one?
Free swatches are available on all our fabrics. Go to the fabric page and add the item into your basket. A small shipping charge will be applied at checkout. We regret that due to the increase in minimum wage and the ever increading cost of posting a letter with Royal Mail, we can no longer maintain a 100% free service. 

Do you sell wholesale?
We are an online retailer only. We can offer discounts for bulk purchases. It varies from fabric to fabric what is considered 'bulk'. At a minimum it would need to be a purchase of 10 metres or more. For haberdashery normally sold by the metre, 25m or more is considered bulk. Please contact us for latest prices. 

Your prices are by the metre but how do I order a longer amount? 
As all of our products are cut from a roll, we cut to the order. So simple purchase a quantity of the number of metres you require and we send as one piece (i,e, by 2, and we send 2 metres in one piece)
