Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% happy please either contact us or return the order for a refund. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you within 30 days of the sale date.

We do NOT refund postage costs on returns unless the item is being returned for the reason of faulty, damaged or incorrect item receive. Customers returning orders because the item is no longer required or not liked, will be refunded in total for the item only, not the postage costs incurred.

Damaged or Defect Goods Damaged or defect goods may be returned either for a full refund or exchange. All postal costs in returning the defect goods will be refunded. If goods are damaged in the post you must return the packaging that you received it in so we can take it up with our couriers.
