Originally manufactured for the footwear industry, this high-quality surplus fabric offers excellent tear and abrasion resistance. It is ideal for bag making, purses, footwear, leathercraft-style projects, jackets, costumes, accessories and decorative details.

One of its best features is that the cut edges do not fray, so they can be left raw without hemming or sealing. This makes the fabric particularly useful for creating fringing, tassels, appliqué and other decorative cutwork.
